At WH trainees are seen as the potential partners of the future. Training is important, not just for the trainee but also the firm, as it benefits both. We offer a high standard of training, in a friendly environment, in which trainees will be exposed to a range of clients from large corporate organisations to private individuals. Throughout the training contract our aim is to maximise the trainees potential in order to make them into excellent solicitors. We hope during the process that the trainee also enjoys themselves.
