WH is an excellent place to complete your training. The firm offers seats in a wide variety of areas and consults with trainees on their preferences prior to each seat change. The firm is relatively large for its location but still maintains a friendly work environment. No one gives the impression of being unapproachable and there are always people to provide you with help and support, or just to ask you what you got up to at the weekend!
As a trainee you feel fully integrated in each team and are given the opportunity to contribute. The size of the firm means that you get exposed to good quality work but that you also get plenty of hands on experience.
