What we do
We act for a number of multiple retailers (including a chain of national travel agents) and investment landlords. The latter work gives us valuable insight into commercial pressures on both sides of the transaction, as well as experience in managing their often competing priorities.
Recent work we’ve undertaken has included a restructuring of a national men's fashion chain; acting for a retail tenant by seeking an interim injunction and damages against its landlord; and acting for a retail fashion client in a dispute over design rights and IP; and labelling advice in connection with the launch of a novel food substance.
