The team are client-focussed from the outset, they provide a commercial edge to the full range of banking, real estate and project finance transactions that the firm handles but with an emphasis on property based lending.
The team works alongside the Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Construction teams to ensure clients receive advice from subject experts across a range of lending transactions.
Whether acting for financiers or borrowers, they are solutions-focussed, often overcoming complex legal issues through innovative and practical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a commercial real estate team or banking & finance team. Knowledge of a broad range of commercial property types and of properties within the private rented and development sectors would be an advantage. We are ideally looking for 2-4 years PQE. Experience in a corporate team during training will also be useful but Is not essential.
You will have good client and team communication skills and a desire to play a key role in the future of the department. Above all, you will be able to deliver succinct, quality and tailored advice to key clients and drive multiple matters through to completion on short turnaround times. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player and will have high levels of motivation.
