We are recruiting for a motivated NQ-2 years PQE Solicitor to join our dedicated Family team, on a full-time permanent basis. The team provides advice to individuals and families based both in Warwickshire and across the UK on children, family and divorce law matters focusing on achieving the best result in the most cost-effective and straightforward manner.
A solid family background;

Responsible for running own caseload and ensuring deadlines are set;
Ensure the retention of good clients through appropriate client management and service delivery;
Secure profitable new clients through networking and cross sell opportunities, whilst simultaneously increasing the Firm’s profile;
Contribute to the development of the team business plan and take ownership for the delivery of assigned activities;
Support key projects by ensuring that the targeted deliverables and benefits are achieved;
Ensure all new instructions are appropriately scoped and priced to achieve target gross margin;
Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money”;
Provide coaching and training for individuals as required and effectively use tools and opportunities (e.g. 1:1s) to maximise the strengths and skills of direct reports;
Prepare and present seminars and/or issue bulletins on topical subjects; and
Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms such as Liberate and Worksite by ensuring that they are updated in a timely manner.
