New build and refurbishment

We have acted for a care  home provider that came out of local authority control 20 years ago and has implemented a rolling programme of capital investment though new build and refurbishment programmes across residential stock, in order to maintain the brand image, quality and reputation and preserve CQC compliance.

The provider operates 13 homes across the region:

  • Eleven homes offer day care, long-term residential and short-term respite care for older people and people living with dementia or a range of different needs (including one home which is currently being redeveloped)
  • Two homes provide rehabilitation, respite and long-term residential care for people with physical disabilities or long-term conditions
