Join Warwick Sea Scouts at their first ever Business Breakfast at Warwick Hall on 5th January 2018, 7.15am to 9.30am, to hear some great speakers and learn about their ‘Building a Future’ project.

Warwick Sea Scouts are delighted to have received fantastic support in holding this event so the event is free-to-attend. The event will include breakfast, a networking session, and conclude with speeches from leading business figures.

  • Simon Talling-Smith: CEO of private travel company, Surf Air in Europe and a former 2nd Warwick Sea Scout. He also masterminded British Airway’s first e-commerce site in 2001.

  • Alan Haywood: CEO of BP Integrated Supply and Trading and a former 2nd Warwick Sea Scout. He will reflect on how 2nd Warwick plays an important role in the development of young people.

  • Captain Bernard Warner: Former Captain of RMS Queen Mary 2, who will share some fantastic stories from his time at sea and how those experiences on the water have shaped his career.

The young people and leaders from Warwick Sea Scouts will also tell you more about their ‘Building a Future’ project - with exciting plans to expand the group and open their doors to more youngsters through building a new HQ in St Nicholas Park. Their new HQ will also be a valuable resource for the local community in the heart of Warwick.
