The 62-acre site, which is based in Bishopton, has planning permission for 500 new houses, including 175 affordable homes, and was sold to Taylor Wimpey and Miller Homes.
Fiona Martin, Senior Associate in Wright Hassall’s property development department, represented two of the three landowners on the transaction.
Fiona said: “This development will play a significant role in helping Stratford-upon-Avon to provide much-needed housing for the wider community, so it was a privilege to be able to play an important role in finalising what has been a complex and multi-faceted deal.
“Now that the country has a pathway out of the pandemic with a vaccine on the horizon, I expect other deals of this nature that were entered into prior to the pandemic to come to fruition.”
