Successfully delivered a group-wide people plan and HR strategy, in close collaboration with a Senior Leadership team, which achieved a 300% increase in EBITDA profitability and a 200% increase in headcount in an 8 year period.
Led the people-related work-streams of a company flotation onto the FTSE 250, ensuring that appropriate communication and corporate governance processes were in place.
Managed the employee cultural change and integration aspects of several substantial company acquisitions and divestments.
Achieved a 15% uplift in employee satisfaction levels (measured by employee survey) by implementing improved communication programmes and other employee engagement steps

Paul enjoys most sports, a spot of gardening, and family life. He is a Trustee for the Wildgoose rural training charity which provides care farming activities for adults with learning disabilities.
