Pete specialises in the drafting and negotiation of outsourcing and commercial contracts in the technology, security, logistics, catering and support services sectors across a broad range and size of clients.

His in-house experience also extends to insurance, risk management and corporate governance and the likes of mediation, property and company secretarial matters. Having spent 12 years in-house, Pete is focused on a client-facing, solution driven approach to legal advice.

Experience

  • Whilst in-house, provided full contractual support for the UK FM division of Compass, advising across a range of FM services contracts involving (amongst others) banking, local government and petrochemical industries.
  • Advised technology provider in relation to broad range of introducer and reseller agreements.
  • Advised second tier suppliers in contracts for the supply of services materials and know-how to major automotive companies.

We have been delighted with the advice and service we have received from Wright Hassall. Right from day one, they have shown a flexible approach to work and costs and have always been prepared to go the extra mile for us. We were pleasantly surprised that a law firm would take the time to get to know us and understand our business, which made a real difference to the work they have done. Their speed of response is excellent, and we are looking forward to working with them as Learning Labs continues to grow.
