Ben specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing.
About Ben
Ben deals with a wide variety of residential property matters including purchases, sales, transfers of equity, remortgages, lease extensions, shared ownership leases, registration of unregistered land and Right to Buy purchases. He also offers expertise with new build properties and is familiar with the Help to Buy scheme as well as the Lifetime ISA scheme.
Ben assists a range of clients in guiding them through what can be one of the most stressful times of their life and ultimately their biggest investment when it comes to a purchase. Ben is known for his pragmatic, friendly and efficient approach and he tries to help his clients make sense of what can be a complex process.
