About Carol
Carol’s specialism is in residential conveyancing matters. She has assisted many clients over the last 18 years with their sales, purchases, remortgage and transfers of equity. She has experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including new build and leasehold transactions.
Carol always tries to ensure that her clients feel like they are a part of the transaction and fully involved. Regardless of whether or not a client is a First Time Buyer or has a portfolio of properties they will be assisted at every stage of the transaction and advised of any difficulties that are being encountered.

Experience
In addition to the usual sale and purchase transactions, Carol also has experience of dealing with Listed Buildings both from a sale and purchase prospective. She has an ability to notice the smallest of inconsistencies and knows the appropriate way of dealing with them.

Career
Carol has worked in Conveyancing since 2003 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in August 2012. She has recently joined us from a firm in Northamptonshire where she worked for 7 years and was Head of the Conveyancing Team in the Kettering Office from 2017.

Outside work Carol enjoys walking in the countryside, reading and meeting up with friends.
