About Charlie
Charlie has a deep understanding of HR principles and is passionate about resolving issues in the workplace whether it be gross misconduct, a tribunal matter, or a settlement agreement.
Charlie is building his knowledge on employment law and gaining practical experience from cases which have escalated to tribunal, some of which being unique discrimination cases.

- Recently drafted a cost warning letter for a complicated discrimination case containing many disorganised allegations.
- Drafted employment contracts for casual workers with niche requirements.

Career
After graduating from university, Charlie successfully completed his CIPD level 5 Diploma to become an Associate member of the CIPD.
Using his recent qualifications Charlie gained his role as a HR Administrator at Wright Hassall in early 2021. During this time Charlie worked with all members of the team gaining experience from payroll to recruitment to special project work.
Following this, in February 2022, Charlie moved to the employment law team where he now works as an Employment Law and HR Paralegal.

In his free time, Charlie enjoys spending time with his friends in the Peak District exploring caves and rivers.
