Experience

Chelcie has represented clients in Court in relation to injunction proceedings, helping to provide much needed protection to vulnerable clients.

Chelcie has assisted on a number of complex financial matters which have included valuations of assets such as wine cellars and classic cars. She has also assisted on complex agricultural matters which have included family homes with agricultural ties and asset rich – cash poor farming divorces.

She is able to combine her life experience and legal knowledge to come up with practical solutions within Children Act proceedings so that clients can move forward and co-parent effectively.

She has a keen interest in working with injunction clients to include non-molestation orders and occupation orders.

Career

After gaining her law degree at the University of Westminster, Chelcie joined a Midlands firm based in Worcestershire as a legal secretary in the family department. She worked her way up to a trainee solicitor and transferred to Wright Hassall in 2019. Chelcie qualified with Wright Hassall where she is now a solicitor in the family department.
