Experience
- Acting for a consortium of landowners in relation to a promotion agreement, including a land pool trust arrangement, for a new garden village with commercial centre, community hub, education facilities, and improved road links. This included advise on equalisation of sale receipts and also dealing with the disposal of part of the scheme to a national housebuilder, and advising on infrastructure agreements for servicing the wider site.
- Acting for a national charity in acquiring part of a mixed-use development site in Wolverhampton for its offices, plus residential and retail accommodation.

Career
Having studied at Reading University and The University of Law, Fiona qualified in 2008 and joined Campbell Hooper Solicitors which, following a merger, became Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, to work within the property and regeneration team. Fiona stayed for 6 years before joining Wright Hassall in 2015.
