Hannah has over 15 years' experience of managing teams, ensuring they deliver a 5-star service by putting the client at the centre of every transaction.
Her considerable experience covers the sale and purchase of properties, including investment properties (both freehold and leasehold); remortgaging; and transfers of equity (including transfers as part of matrimonial proceedings).
Hannah is a conscientious and well-organised professional who thrives under pressure and in challenging situations. She has sound analytical and project management skills and an ability to provide effective and timely responses to business needs.
"Numerous challenges arose during the transaction with each dealt with in a focused and effective way. I would certainly instruct Hannah again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending her to others."
- Completed a sale of a freehold property which was subject to a leasehold flat where the title incorrectly showed the divisions between the two properties. Hannah unpicked this to keep the transaction together, drafting the relevant documentation, and bringing on board the leasehold flat owner to ensure that the sale progressed.
- Dealt with some high-value transactions including purchases of listed buildings in excess of £3m.
- Completed a sale of a leasehold house on an exclusive London development, which included accounting for the title management of a private road which her client had been operating for in excess of 30 years. Despite extensive enquiries raised by the buyers' solicitors, Hannah, working with her client, brought the transaction to a successful conclusion.
"... it is incredibly useful to be able to recommend a solicitor as impressive as Hannah. Not once have I ever had a client unhappy with her service and I strongly believe some sales may never have got over the line if it wasn’t for Hannah’s proactive ‘can do’ attitude."
Hannah started her career in the civil service before switching to law. She obtained a first class honours degree from the University of Warwick and then studied for her LPC in which she was awarded a distinction. She trained with Wright Hassall, qualifying in 2012, and became a partner at the beginning of 2017.
