Kaleigh is solicitor in our commercial property team. She acts for tenants and landlords covering a variety of transactions, inlcuding:
- New leases
- Lease renewals
- Lease assignments
- Surrenders and regrants
- Deeds of variation

- Managed the transfer of 280+ properties held within a SSAS portfolio from the retiring corporate trustee to another.
- Assisted Partner, Gill Worthington, on a number of leasehold property transactions.
- Assisted Senior Associate, Andrew Jones, on a variety of property transactions including both freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.

Kaleigh graduated from De Montfort University in 2011 with a 2:1 (Honours) degree in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2014 whilst working full-time as a Paralegal. Kaleigh qualified as a solicitor in September 2016 and moved to Wright Hassall in November 2017.
Kaleigh enjoys cooking, reading, running, watching rugby and spending time with family and friends.
