Kate advises clients on powers of attorney and estate planning including the preparation and use of wills and trusts.
About Kate
Kate advises on all aspects of general private client law including the preparation of wills, codicils, trusts, inheritance tax planning and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
Although Kate has a particular interest in assisting elderly and vulnerable clients, she also has experience in estate planning involving agriculture and farming matters, business structures, international elements and complex capacity issues.

Career
Kate graduated from the University of Birmingham with an honours degree in geography and geology, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Birmingham. She joined the firm as a paralegal in February 2015 and has since qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive.
