Sandra specialises in purchases of new-build properties and shared ownership transactions including Help to Buy equity funding. She also leads a bespoke team acting for purchasers of new-build and shared-ownership properties.
Sandra has considerable expertise and experience in the housing sector and has historically worked alongside our development team acting for national house builders and housing associations.
Having seen the transaction from both sides, her insight into the conveyancing process is second to none, enabling her to meet client goals and timescales successfully. She also works alongside other teams within the firm, such as agriculture, when dealing with the conveyancing aspects of a larger transaction. This ensures that the detail of house purchase or sale does not get lost in the complexity of the larger matter.
Although buying and selling a property can be complex emotionally and financially, Sandra prides herself on putting her client at ease, keeping them updated at every stage, and ensuring they receive a 5 star service every step of the way. She knows from her experience that every client and their requirements are unique and that there is no ‘‘one size fits all ’’ model, so her advice is always tailored to the client's needs.
"Nothing is ever too much trouble, any requests for advice are dealt with speedily and thoroughly."
