Sarah has worked at Wright Hassall since 1994 during which she has amassed a wealth of knowledge supporting on all aspects of probate and estate administration During the last 20 years she has assisted executors and families, helping to guide them through the administration of an estate at difficult and stressful times in both a supportive and compassionate way.

"Thank you for the professional, courteous and timely manner in which you have dealt with this potentially complicated and difficult matter."
- Acted for an executor, who lived in New Zealand, to obtain a Grant of Probate and to deal with the assets n respect of his mother who had died in the UK. Estate administration was completed via email so that he could sign and swear the probate papers upon his return for the funeral. The application for the Grant of Probate was issued and received within four days which enabled him to dispose of her assets and still return to New Zealand as planned.
- Acted for executors who did not live locally to the deceased. Provided a complete service which included dealing with all aspects of probate and obtaining details of the financial assets. In order to make the deceased's property ready for sale on behalf of the executor, we arranged the cleaning of the property, organised a gardener, coordinated the valuation, cleared/ sold personal chattels and instructed & liaised with an estate agent.
"The team is very approachable and the advice to clients has always been communicated in a clear and understandable manner"
