Tariva deals with financial services disputes relating to investments, tax avoidance schemes and pensions. Tariva advises corporates, individuals, financial institutions and FCA regulated firms.
She advises on tax schemes and/or tax avoidance schemes that have been negligently implemented by professionals resulting in significant losses and penalties from HMRC. Having previously advised on a wide range of contractual disputes, Tariva has conducted complex breach of contract cases and shareholder disputes. Tariva’s regulatory practice also extends to health and safety law, advising on regulatory breaches, and defending prosecutions.

Tariva read Law at Exeter University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London before completing her training contract. Tariva joined the commercial litigation team at Wright Hassall in 2014.
