Applying successfully under HS2 Need to Sell scheme

Our HS2 advisory team has been handling a range of applications for compensation for land and property owners, including Need to Sell (NTS) applications, for several years now and our evidence is that none of the application processes are straightforward.

Royal Assent granted for Phase 2a of HS2
