Biodiversity offsetting becomes a reality

In 2013 we reported that Warwickshire County Council was leading a pilot biodiversity offsetting scheme covering Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull with a view to offsetting becoming an accepted mechanism in the planning system, with a number of offset providers already registered.
