The law might be the same, but do your lawyers have to be?
Every client an advocate. That's the Wright Hassall way.
The law might be the same across England, but do your lawyers have to be?
At Wright Hassall we dare to be different. Our clients tell us that, as well as being exceptional lawyers, we are proactive, diligent, commercial, provide value for money and, above all, we have great people who are fun to work with.
We pride ourselves on the satisfaction levels of our clients. We have a defined way of working across the firm, “The Wright Hassall way”, which sets the service levels to which we aspire. At the end of every matter, we will ask you whether we have met these standards and, if not, we will work with you to ensure that any short-comings are addressed immediately. We do not stand still, we aim to continually improve in everything we do.
"One so often hears of how long and protracted the process of finalising an estate can be; but you have succeeded in dispelling this impression, for which I thank you."

We act for national and international companies but it is SMEs and individuals across our region who are the focus of our business.
People we help
We recently acted for a client who received a letter from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) late on a Friday afternoon stating that it was considering taking urgent enforcement action against it.
By Monday afternoon the CQC had served an 'Urgent Notice of Decision' imposing conditions on our client’s registration as a service provider.
As the independent regulator of health and adult social care, the CQC has an overarching role to monitor, inspect and regulate health and social care services to make sure those who use these services receive high-quality, safe, effective and compassionate care.
We realise that our people are our most valuable asset and we understand that providing them with a great environment, challenging work and supported personal development is vital to our success.
Our team of technical expertsCarol has been a leading solicitor in social housing for over twenty-five years. One interviewee for the Chambers’ directory stated, she is someone who "lives and breathes social housing.”
A default judgment it is a judgment which has been obtained by a claimant by default because the defendant has failed to respond to the claim. The judgment is granted without the court considering any evidence or submissions from the defendant.
When a claim is brought in the County or High Court, and the defendant to that claim fails to respond within the specified time limits, either by filing an acknowledgment of service and/or a defence to the claim, a default judgment can be entered against a defendant.
As 2020 passed the baton to 2021, any optimism we may have been harbouring about a gradual return to normality, as the vaccination programme began its rollout, was badly dented by another lockdown and the inevitable economic disruption that entails.
We are proud to have been operating from our Leamington base for nearly 175 years. We are completely committed to supporting the growth of our region. We measure ourselves not only by whether we have met our own targets but how we have supported the Coventry & Warwickshire region and the business, charities and communities within it.
We act for national and international companies but it is SMEs and individuals across our region who are the focus of our business. This focus plays to our strengths and allows us to deliver services that are unmatched by our competitors.
