A leading Midlands legal services business is celebrating after being recognised as one of the UK’s best consulting and professional services workplaces.
Wright Hassall, based in Leamington, has been named as one of the 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services by Great Place To Work in the small to medium sized category.
Great Place To Work is a prestigious ‘employer-of-choice’ certification scheme which gives recognition to companies providing a great workplace environment and is based entirely on feedback from current employees.
Wright Hassall achieved the Great Place To Work accreditation earlier this year following an anonymous 60-question staff survey.
The survey asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
The survey responses of those accredited as a Great Place To Work were then analysed to determine the 2025 Best Workplaces list.
Mark Shrimpton, Chief People Officer at Wright Hassall, said: “We are delighted to be named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services by Great Place To Work alongside some very highly-regarded companies.
“This achievement is testament to the culture we have been working incredibly hard to create as part of our vision to become an exceptional place to work.
“It also means so much more to us as a business as the results are based entirely on staff feedback, and we would of course never be able to achieve this without our incredibly passionate and dedicated team.
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK, added: “Employees in consulting and professional services are under increasing pressure to perform amidst digital transformation and shifting client expectations reshaping how people work.
“The top-performing workplaces in this sector stand out by actively supporting their employees through change.
“Employees have shared with us that clear, consistent communication from leadership, and a focus on inclusive decision-making, have helped to ensure colleagues feel supported, informed, and empowered.
“Congratulations Wright Hassall on creating a truly great workplace, and earning recognition as a UK’s Best Workplace in Consulting and Professional Services.”
