Charlotte’s specialism is dealing with a variety of disputes relating to the validity of wills; potential claims against the estate, including claims pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975; proprietary estoppel; and, the removal and substitution of executors.

Career
Charlotte undertook her undergraduate law degree at Coventry University, during which she took a placement year as a Family Law Paralegal. Charlotte continued working as a Family Law Paralegal alongside studying her LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham.
Following completion of her studies, Charlotte commenced her training contract at Wright Hassall and qualified as a solicitor in March 2023.
