About Gemma
Gemma works with a variety of businesses from start-ups through to large corporations, she works closely with her clients and takes a commercial approach to transactions. Gemma has experience in advising on a breadth of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, shareholders agreements and general corporate governance.

Experience
Gemma has over four years’ experience in the corporate field.
Gemma’s previous experience includes:
- advising on a range of cross-border mergers and acquisitions; and
- advising on general corporate matters including restructurings, private equity investments and shareholder’s agreements.
Career
After gaining her law degree at the University of Leicester, Gemma qualified in 2021 with East Midlands firm, BHW Solicitors. She then moved to Gowlings WLG in Birmingham before relocating to Walkers in Guernsey.
Interests
Outside of work Gemma spends time with her dog Treacle exploring the Warwickshire countryside.
