Looking for a hybrid working policy template?

Bespoke hybrid working policies

A survey from CIPD highlighted that over 40% of employers expect to adopt a remote, flexible or hybrid working approach after the pandemic.

This is a new way of working for many, but businesses are now looking to adopt a hybrid working or blended working approach to offer their employees more flexibility and a better work-life balance. Hybrid working is a form of flexible working, where employees are allowed to split their time between their employer’s office and remote working, usually from home.

If you implement hybrid working practices, we recommend implementing a hybrid working policy that details the rules and procedures for employees who wish to adopt a hybrid working approach. We have developed a pack of templates to help address this in your business, including a hybrid working policy, a checklist, a company memo, and a hybrid working application form which we will tailor to your individual business.

The pack is available free of charge to our annual retainer (YEAR) clients or for a fee of £450 plus VAT for all other clients.
