We are recruiting for a self-motivated and proactive Conveyancer to join our busy team.

It is essential that you have a proven background in a residential conveyancing role with solid experience in dealing with all aspects of residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build and re-mortgage work. You should be confident to run your own files to maintain the firm’s exceptional standards in delivering straight-forward quality advice to clients.
Support key events to help secure profitable new clients and increase the Firm’s profile.
Liaise with clients and organisations to progress matters, resolving as many enquiries as possible and where referral is needed ensuring comprehensive information is provided.
Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money”.
Administer own caseload, keep detailed and accurate electronic files and ensure critical dates are met.
Prepare high quality documentation including letters, emails, spreadsheets and reports as required.
Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms such as Lawsoft, Visualfiles, Worksite and InterAction by ensuring that they are updated in a timely manner.
Ensure timesheets are updated and posted on a daily basis.
Achieve personal utilisation / realisation / monthly income targets.
