Annual Insolvency webinar

We are delighted to invite you to our Annual Insolvency Conference on Friday 3 December 2021 at 1pm to 5pm. 

The event will be held remotely via Zoom again this year and there will be an opportunity to hear from a range of internal and external speakers on topical issues, with a live Q&A at the end. 

Speakers confirmed so far include: 

David Brooks – Insolvency Service: Policy within the Insolvency Service on recovery of fraudulent CBILS and BBLS loans.

Joel Finnan – Exchange Chambers: The decision in Manolete v Hayward regarding the limitations on the use of the Insolvency Act applications to commence certain types of proceedings.

Reuben Comiskey – Radcliffe Chambers: The judgment in Al Jaber v Mitchell relating to the admissibility in evidence of information contained in Section 236 proceedings.

Joel Woolf, Michael Hiscock and Matthew Davies – Wright Hassall: Supply chain issues - impact of the pandemic and Brexit.
