Time Limits

In order to bring a successful claim for compensation there is a three year time limit. This is three years from the date you became aware there was an issue caused by negligence, known as the “date of knowledge”

How much can you claim?

The amount of compensation you will receive for your claim varies due to a variety of factors which are taken into consideration. As part of our initial assessment of your claim we can advise you on the compensation pay-out you are likely to receive if you have a valid claim.

To give you an indication of compensation amounts we have a compensation calculator that lists some previous medical claims and payment bands.
