Daniaal currently advises and supports multi-national corporations and SMEs with the transfer of existing employees and/or new hires who are overseas nationals to work in the UK. This extends to assisting with the relocation of accompanying dependants.
Daniaal assists companies with Sponsor Licence Applications which enables them to sponsor and recruit overseas workers, whether it be a new start-up company or an established one.
As part of the Business Immigration team, Daniaal provides advice on a full range of points-based visas such as the Global Talent visa route. This includes assisting through the endorsement stage and the visa application stage.
Daniaal has extensive experience in handing complex family-based applications for entry clearance and Leave to Remain. Furthermore, Daniaal regularly assists with applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain from various visa routes including, Skilled Worker, Global Talent, Innovator Route and Spouse visa.
In addition to the above, Daniaal provides advice and assistance relating to applications for British nationality.

- Clear advice – providing advice to employers and employees relating to processes and immigration requirements to ensure compliance and preventing an adverse immigration history.
- Daniaal has assisted numerous applicants throughout the endorsement process and visa application stage of the Global Talent visa. This includes applicants who are recognised as leaders in their field of practice. Daniaal provides thorough advice ensuring applicants collate evidence to meet the requirements for an endorsement and can apply for a visa under the Global Talent visa route.
- Representing a client in submitting a naturalisation application to satisfy the good character requirement after a series of offences. Daniaal provided key advice regarding the good character requirement and prepared representations to the Home Office highlighting the positive strides the client had taken in his life in the UK with charitable work. Daniaal’s attention to detail enabled him to address key points and references to the Home Office guidance resulting in the client’s application for naturalisation being granted.

- Daniaal’s background involved working on matters ranging from dealing with personal and family matters. This includes assisting vulnerable individuals such as asylum seekers, and victims of domestic violence. He therefore takes great pride in dealing with clients with empathy and approachability.
Career
After initially completing a BA honours degree in Criminology, Daniaal undertook the GDL conversion course, and then subsequently the LPC at De Montfort University.
Daniaal completed his training contract in 2020, with a boutique firm, specialising in Immigration. Upon qualifying, Daniaal joined a top legal-500 firm as a newly qualified Solicitor.
Daniaal subsequently joined Wright Hassall’s Business Immigration team as a Solicitor in 2022.

Outside of work, Daniaal enjoys playing football and going for long walks. He is an avid football fan and follows his local team, Leicester City FC. He is also a fan of MMA.
