About Emily
Emily provides support across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions and governance matters, including share/business sales and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements and articles of association. Her diverse client base spans sole directors, family-owned businesses, and large corporate groups.

Career
Emily completed her studies in Nottingham and qualified at a Leicestershire-based law firm before joining the team at Wright Hassall in 2023 to specialise in corporate transactions.
Interests
Emily is always looking to explore new experiences and destinations. Her most recent adventures include gaining her scuba-diving qualification and training for a triathlon (having not ridden a bike since she owned one with pink tassels)!
