Wright Hassall and the Equestrian Employers Association
Wright Hassall is the exclusive legal sponsor of the Equestrian Employers Association (EEA).
The landscape of employment law is ever-changing. We help clients to navigate this rapidly evolving area of law by providing up-to-date legal advice, which is both cost-effective and tailored to your specific needs.
In the event you would like any support, we are happy to offer members of the EEA legal and HR guidance and support from our legal experts. Please do get in touch via the enquiry form below if you have an employment matter that you would like to discuss further, and we can provide further information on next steps and seek to onboard you as a client.
Our Employment Law team is made up of ten individuals who bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Our work and connections with the Equestrian Industry
As a business, Wright Hassall has built numerous long-standing client relationships with those within the Equestrian Industry having provided legal advice to many employers in this area for several years. Within the Employment Law team specifically, we work very closely with employers in the Equestrian Industry who have subscribed to our annual retainer service, known as YEAR. Additionally, we have provided more general ad hoc advice to employers who have contacted us for support where they have an employment and HR query that they need advice on how to manage or is more complicated than originally thought.
Within the Employment Law team, Sarah Price, Solicitor, has been riding from a very young age, and is therefore familiar with the industry and heavily involved with our clients in the equestrian industry. Sarah utilises her knowledge of the industry and her understanding of the challenges employers can face managing employment and HR matters in the context of the equestrian industry, when advising clients in the field.
