In Duffy v Mederco (Cardiff) Ltd 2021 EWHC 386 Ch the court had to consider for the first time the issue as to the date that insolvency proceedings were deemed to be opened in circumstances where it was asked to make a retrospective administration order after the end of the EU-UK transition period backdated to a date prior to the end of the transition period.Read article
