Gemma Macintyre

Senior Paralegal

Gemma is a key member of the property litigation team, working on both commercial and residential property matters.

“Really appreciate how quickly Gemma is always able and willing to provide sound advice when needed.”

As first point of contact for a variety of large retail clients, Gemma develops strong relationships which give her a good understanding of what the clients want to achieve and enables her to provide pragmatic business advice tailored to her clients’ needs.

Gemma has experience in preparing and serving Section 25, 26 and 27 notices, managing active court proceedings and issuing protective proceedings. She is responsible for the day to day management of limitation dates for this high-risk area.

The mortgage repossession portfolio has given Gemma the opportunity to expand her expertise. She manages cases from the letter before action to enforcing possession orders.

"The property litigation team has an ability for nurturing talent. Professionally run and client-focused"
