Megan is a solicitor in our Commercial Litigation team and works with a range of commercial and individual clients on various disputes.
About Megan
Megan advises on a range of commercial dispute matters for commercial and individual clients. Megan has experience in disputes relating to: breach of contract, professional negligence, unjust enrichment, restrictive covenants, intellectual property, directors’ duties as well as debt recovery and enforcement.
Megan works alongside the rest of the Commercial Litigation team to assist clients to reach the best outcome with reference to their particular needs and objectives; whether guiding clients through pre-action procedures, negotiating settlements, or assisting them during proceedings.
Experience
Megan has experience dealing with disputes regarding implied terms, unjust enrichment, restrictive covenants, and various claims in the County Court and High Court.
Career
After gaining his law degree at the University of Lincon and her Masters and LPC at the University of Law in Nottingham, Megan began her training contract at a bespoke firm in Cambridgeshire. Megan moved to Leamington Spa to complete her Commercial Litigation seat and decided to remain, moving to Wright Hassall LLP in 2024.

Interests
Outside work John enjoys hiking, especially in national parks such as the Lake District and Peak District with her cocker spaniel, Luna. Megan enjoys travel and has recently been to Japan, Italy and Copenhagen; she hopes to plan a trip across South America in the near future.
