Chloe deals with a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals as well as acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to commercial leases.
She also helps with Property Finance assisting the Banking and Finance Team.

Career
After gaining her law degree at the University of Warwick and completing the LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham, Chloe joined the firm in 2021 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Commercial Real Estate team in 2023.
Interests
Outside of work Chloe enjoys travelling and keeping active and is keen to take up baking (although she notes that this interest needs a lot of improvement).
