Experience

Hollie regularly advises on real property disputes including rights of way, boundaries, title reviews and rent and service charge recovery.

She has had previous experience in advising social housing providers on real property issues, residential tenancy termination and residential tenancy advice and disputes.

Despite only qualifying in 2018, Hollie has worked in law firms for over 10 years and during that time has worked on a variety of property, planning and litigation matters.

Hollie has acted for a range of clients including major high street retailers, charities, multi-national technology companies, global insurers, landowners and property developers as well as sole traders and individuals.  

Career

Hollie started her career in 2011 as a receptionist at a high street property law firm in Bedfordshire before moving through the ranks whilst completing her law degree at the University of Hertfordshire. Hollie qualified in 2018 with Milton Keynes firm, Geoffrey Leaver. She then moved to DAC Beachcroft’s Birmingham office before joining Wright Hassall in 2020. 

Interests

Outside work Hollie enjoys travelling especially road tripping around the United States and has managed to visit 22 states so far.

Hollie purchased a fixer-upper in the local area just before lockdown and when she is not knocking down walls or painting, she enjoys decorating celebration cakes for family and friends.
