About Kavita
Kavita’s experience covers all aspects of sales and purchases of Residential Properties, both freehold and leasehold including transfers of equity, remortgages and unregistered property. Kavita has acted for national housebuilders and housing associations in relation to plot sales and has good technical knowledge of new build purchases.

Career
After gaining her law degree in 2013 and prior to joining Wright Hassall in 2023, Kavita worked for Legal 500 ranked law firms in Birmingham.

Interests
Outside of work Kavita is on the governing body of a primary academy in south Birmingham, she also enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and friends and has recently realised she’s started watching Greys Anatomy a couple of decades too late.
