About Stacey
Stacey supports companies to transfer employees and/or hire candidates who are overseas nationals to work in the UK.
As part of the business immigration team, Stacey assists with the preparation and submission of applications for companies to hold a Sponsor Licence, allowing them to sponsor skilled migrant workers in the UK.
Stacey’s work currently focuses on visa applications for skilled workers and their family members, and their PBS dependants, including applications from outside of the UK (entry clearance applications) and from within the UK (leave to remain applications).
Stacey also advises on Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, British National (Overseas) visas and other family visas.

Experience
- Assisted a range of employers in obtaining sponsor licences
- Provided advice in relation to UK visa applications including entry clearance, extension of leave or change of employment for skilled workers and intra-company transfers, and indefinite leave to remain applications.
- Experienced in working directly, where preferred, with candidate/s or employees who are migrant workers, of companies.

Career
Having graduated with a law degree from Leicester University in 2017, Stacey first joined the Business Immigration team as a paralegal. The following year she returned to studying and achieved a Masters of Law at Nottingham Trent University whilst studying the Legal Practice Course.
In 2019 Stacey commenced a training contract with Wright Hassall and recently qualified as a solicitor in the Business Immigration team.

Having danced until graduating from University, Stacey still enjoys staying active. She is often at the gym, practicing yoga or out walking. She would describe herself as a ‘foodie’ as she bakes regularly and enjoys dining out with friends and family.
