About Stacey
Businesses looking to hire overseas nationals to work in the UK may need to hold and maintain a valid Sponsor Licence. Stacey assists companies to be granted appropriate Sponsor Licence from the Home Office, which may include ongoing support with meeting sponsor obligations and duties, together with completing valid Right to Work checks.
Stacey also advises on visa applications for sponsored employees and new candidates either from outside of the UK (entry clearance) or from within the UK (Leave to Remain).
As part of the Business Immigration team, Stacey’s work focuses on applications for skilled workers and their eligible family members. She also advises on a number of other application types, including Indefinite Leave to Remain (settlement) in the UK (naturalisation) and applications for British Citizenship.
That was a super speedy decision, within a week of submission and biometrics. Thank you so much or all your support! It was a long process to submission, and we are very relieved that it’s now behind us.
