About Kash
Kash works closely with businesses to advise on numerous complex matters such as restructures, TUPE transfers and complex disciplinary & grievance matters. He is renowned for his quick, practical advice that he provides to businesses of all sizes, ranging from SME’s to global enterprises. In addition, he specialises in providing day to day HR and Employment Law support to businesses via email and telephone, including drafting documentation. He is regularly instructed to chair meetings or hearings on their behalf.
Kash’s expertise also extends to advising individuals, in particular, negotiating exit packages on their behalf, in order to secure a higher settlement.

Kash qualified as a Solicitor in 2020. He provides support to all sized businesses including corporate and small businesses.
- Kash was involved in a group consultation meeting with over 50 employees to advise them on their settlement agreement;
- He has delivered several employment law webinars with an audience of 100+ businesses.
Career
After gaining his law degree at the University of West London, Kash completed his training contract in 2020 with Croner. He then moved to Askews Legal as an NQ Solicitor. In 2022, Kash then moved to Wright Hassall.
Interests
Outside of work, Kash enjoys watching football and going to the gym.
