Our support doesn’t stop with getting you set up; we can be on hand to assist with ongoing employment law and HR issues which may arise along the way as your business continues to grow, from absence management, changes to terms and conditions or restructures in the workforce.
Understanding your business & HR needs
You need an employment law and HR service which is as unique as you, your business and your employees. Our priority is understanding how your company operates by taking the time to get to know you, your business and understand where you may require support and guidance. This enables our team of employment solicitors to provide you with specific, tailored support which is unique to your situation and in line with how the business wishes to proceed.
Flexible HR & employment law solutions
We know the needs of your business will change over time, and we can change with you. Our flexible approach means we can offer retained employment law and HR services, onsite support and/or ad-hoc telephone and email advice whenever it’s required, whether this be for an internal HR process, mediation in the workplace or assistance with an employment tribunal claim.
Working with in-house HR
Our team can work closely with your internal HR team to help share some of the workload and provide additional support which complements the knowledge and skills of your in-house team.
We can help with a range of matters including, the implementation of new contractual terms, restructuring of teams, TUPE-related due diligence, independent advice on sensitive issues and investigations, conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings and offering advice on other day to day employment law issues.
HR secondment
We appreciate that organisations can sometimes struggle to keep up with the management of all day-to-day HR issues, especially as the landscape of employment law and HR related-matters constantly changes. As processes are updated, and organisations continue to grow, keeping on top of everything can be challenging at times. Alternatively, it may be that you need another pair of hands temporarily to bridge a gap left by staff absence, kick-start a big project, or you may have simply experienced an unexpected peak in HR-related matters.
We have a HR secondment offering to provide additional assistance in these very situations. This service involves a member of our team working alongside your HR or management team, either in person at your office or remotely, to support you and your business. Whether you need advice on a one-off project, such as a contract and policy review, or impartial support to navigate a grievance or disciplinary, we can help you.
Whatever your requirements, we can provide a flexible, responsive service to keep the wheels of your business turning smoothly.

"The 2-day course away from our office allowed the team to indulge and think about areas of our business that are not naturally their skill set, but which will make them better people managers. Thank you to you and your presenters for leading a very engaging and thought-provoking event to build good HR foundations for our young team of front-line managers."
