Shivani has worked with a broad range of clients from large corporations to start ups as well as advising a large number of public sector and education bodies.
Shivani has drafted, negotiated and advised on many commercial contracts including sale and supply agreements, framework agreements, distribution agreements, outsourcing agreements, manufacturing agreements and e-commerce contracts.
Shivani has also provided commercial support on corporate transactions completing due diligence reporting, disclosure letters, transitional services agreements and post-completion performance improvement.

- Completing secondment as Legal Counsel for one of the world’s largest mobility platform supporting its inhouse legal team grow several business lines across different sectors including food and drink, technology and business-to-business services delivering watertight contracts and providing generalist support;
- Delivering various sets of terms and conditions for online booking platforms taking the implications of consumer law into account;
- Varying complex contracts for education bodies going through uncertainty and periods of transition;
- Providing commercial support on corporate transactions in relation to due diligence reporting, disclosure letters, transitional services agreements and post-completion performance improvement.

Career
Shivani trained in house and since qualifying a solicitor in 2019 has worked both in house and in private practice. Prior to joining Wright Hassall, Shivani has advised local authorities on commercial matters and has completed a secondment with one of the largest global mobility platforms.
Interests
Shivani enjoys live music, DIY and catching the sun on her travels.
