She helps gather and organise evidence, liaises with clients and witnesses, prepares bundles, and ensures procedural deadlines are met. Her attention to detail, efficiency, and organisational skills are highly valued both by colleagues and clients.
Charlotte’s friendly, approachable manner puts clients at ease, particularly in high-pressure situations such as grievance investigations, redundancy consultations, or ongoing tribunal matters. She enjoys building strong working relationships and contributing to positive outcomes, whether that’s resolving a matter early or helping to build a strong defence in contentious proceedings.
First of all, many thanks for your help care and such professionalism in legally assisting me with my employment issues. It has been a most difficult time being treated so badly and unfairly by my employer's. The way you have handled and guided me throughout has been so appreciated! It has been a pleasure to deal with you all. I feel in a much better place and ready to move on in a positive frame of mind. They do say things in life sometimes happen for a reason…
